The Preferred Governmental Insurance Trust has been awarded the Government Finance Officers Association (GFOA) Certificate of Achievemnt for Excellence in Financial Reporting for the tenth consecutive year for its 2019 Comprehensive Annual Financial Report (Annual Report).
Preferred was first awarded the GFOA Certificate of Achievement for Excellence in Financial Reporting in 2011 for its 2010 Annual Report.
Preferred is the first publicentity risk pool in Florida recognized as having earned the Certificate of Achievement and is one of about 25 similar trusts nationwide to receive recognition and financial reporting.
