What is your role as it relates to Preferred?

As a Business Development Specialist my role is to solve problems for agents and assist them in growing their books of Preferred business. Internally, I work closely with our Services, Marketing, Underwriting and Claims teams to ensure that our agents and members are receiving the best service possible. I also keep agents, members and future members aware of relevant happenings, news and resources to ensure that they know we are constantly working for them.

What do you like best about working with Agents? Members? Your Team?

Building relationships with our agents. Client interactions are what get me up in the morning. Being able to not only satisfy but to make their jobs better is a great thing to be able to do. Delivering quality webinars and other relevant education to our members in an engaging way is something that I take a great deal of pride in. Our team is second to none. From Claims to Underwriting and Marketing to Loss Control – everyone is dedicated to serving our members and our agents.

What sets Preferred apart from other public entity insurance providers?
